Maria wants rest and relaxation after a dramatic EMT shift, but a noisy trash bandit has other plans. When her husband falls back to sleep, Maria takes the reins to chase off the bandit herself. But in doing so, she sets in motion a dangerous confrontation with a human trafficker at her own front door.
